1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, upgrading, or using the VoiceCoach AI application, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not access or use our services.

2. Service Usage & Subscriptions

• Mock Practice: You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use our simulators for practice purposes.
• Auto-Billing: Standard paid plans (Pro, Premium) auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled. All transactions are securely processed via Razorpay.
• Cancellations: You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

3. User Conduct

You agree to use our platform only for professional and placement practice. You agree not to:

• Submit offensive, vulgar, abusive, or illegal speech recordings.
• Use bots, automated scripts, or scrapers to extract feedback patterns or abuse the AI analysis usage limits.
• Impersonate other users or share account details.

4. Limitations of Liability

VoiceCoach AI is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee employment, placements, or exam scores. We are not liable for any direct or indirect losses caused by platform downtime, API limits, or temporary evaluation inaccuracies.
