- AI Analysis & Feedback: Processing audio recordings to analyze speaking speed, confidence, content quality, and filler words.
- Improving Service: Refining our prompt systems and AI evaluators to give you more accurate, helpful feedback over time.
- Communication: Sending transaction receipts, support responses, and important service updates.
3. Data Storage and Security
We take security seriously and utilize enterprise-grade hosting providers:
- All user profile and sessions metadata are securely stored in Supabase databases.
- We utilize secure servers and industry-standard encryption protocols (SSL/TLS) for data in transit and at rest.
- Audio recordings are only processed during analysis and are not sold or shared with third-party advertisers.
4. User Rights
You have full control over your data. At any time, you may request:
- Data Export: Retrieve a summary of your session history and profile data.
- Account Deletion: Delete your profile, credentials, and all associated sessions/recordings from our servers permanently.
