By accessing or using VoiceCoach AI, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

VoiceCoach AI provides an AI-powered speaking practice platform, offering mock interviews, group discussion simulations, extempore practices, and IELTS/TOEFL exam prep. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at our discretion.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to use our platform only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Share your account credentials or allow unauthorized access.
• Submit malicious, abusive, or offensive voice recordings.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or exploit the platform.

4. Subscription, Payments, & Cancellation

• Billing: We offer Pro and Premium subscription plans. Payments are securely processed through Razorpay.
• Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time directly through your billing portal. Upon cancellation, your access remains active until the end of your billing cycle.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, UI elements, feedback algorithms, and codebase are the exclusive property of VoiceCoach AI. Your voice recordings and data belong to you, but you grant us a license to process them as required to provide feedback reports.

6. Limitation of Liability

VoiceCoach AI is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee specific career or examination outcomes. In no event shall VoiceCoach AI be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
